Manufacturing Information Systems, Inc. (MISys) formed in 1977, provides PC-Based manufacturing software solutions.  The MISys Manufacturing System is a modular system that enables the user to purchase additional functionality as their needs change.

  • MISys Manufacturing Inventory (Level I) allows the user to track 16-level bill of materials, inventory control of raw materials, and management of the purchasing cycle.
  • Scheduling (Level II) adds full MRP/MPS capabilities to the MISys Manufacturing Inventory product, allowing users to automate the creation of both the purchase and manufacturing/work orders.
  • Shop Floor Control (Level III) enables the users to assign operations, work centers and tools to manufacturing processes. Standard, revised and actual data are recorded to enable complete analysis of the manufacturing process.
  • The Bar Coding option can be integrated with any MISys module allowing the user to scan material movements.
  • Serial /Lot Tracking is offered as a separate module and enables users to comply with many of the requirements of ISO 9000.
